What's the best way to reach you?

Please email us at info@postivesocialactivism.com. Questions via Facebook messages, Instagram direct messages, etc often get lost in the shuffle. Email is our preferred method to help you. We will always do our best to get back to you promptly, but please be mindful that we are volunteering our free time for this project and all emails will be answered as soon as possible during business days.


When will my order arrive?

All orders ship within 5-10 business days. We aim to ship out all products on Saturdays, but please be mindful that we are volunteering our free time for this project and will get orders out in as timely a manner as possible. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the USPS tracking number when your order was shipped.


Do you do rush orders?

Please reach out to info@postivesocialactivism.com for an rush order requests.


What does the cost of shipping cover?

All shipping costs cover shipping charges, shipping materials and fees. If you would like further disclosure on our finances please reach out to info@postivesocialactivism.com.


I can’t find my tracking information? Did my package arrive?

You should receive a tracking number from stamps.com when your package is shipped. Try checking your junk mail folder as your shipping information may have landed there. If your tracking states that your package has arrived and you cannot locate it, please call your local Post Office for assistance.


Do you offer local pickup?

We do offer local pickup in the Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY areas. Please reach out to info@postivesocialactivism.com to receive further information on this option.


Do you have a brick and mortar store front?

At this point in time we do not have a brick and mortar store front, but as we build our roster of artists we hope to have local events and pop-ups. Please follow us on social media for information about an upcoming events.


Do you offer discounts or sales?

At this point in time we will not be offering any discounts or sales as 100% of proceeds are donated to a nationally recognized non-profit.


May I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed. Please contact info@postivesocialactivism.com to discuss cancellations.


I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

Please purchase the correct item to avoid it being out of stock. Then email info@postivesocialactivism.com. We'll gladly refund the first, incorrect order in full before it ships.


What is the size of my artwork?

All sizes are listed in the description of the artwork. Please see our Product Page and check each individual product for sizes and descriptions.


Do you frame your artwork?

At this time we do not offer framed artwork.


What non-profits do you support?

Please see a complete list of all non-profits we support on our About Page section. Each piece of art supports an individual non-profit. 100% of the proceeds from each piece goes to the non-profit listed in its description.


What is your policy on returns and exchanges?


ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.


DAMAGED GOODS


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact info@postivesocialactivism.com to arrange the shipment of a replacement pair.
